Role Summary

We’re looking for a Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our Product Innovation Team, someone who’s excited to turn ideas into tangible systems and prototypes. You’ll help design, build, and test next-generation mechanical systems that power Ossus’ hydrogen generation technologies.

What You’ll Do

• Support the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies using CAD tools (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or AutoCAD).
• Build and assemble prototypes using 3D printing, machining, and other rapid prototyping techniques.
• Conduct tests, collect data, and validate performance to improve mechanical design.
• Diagnose and resolve design or performance issues during development.
• Prepare technical drawings, assembly documentation, and test reports.
• Collaborate with electrical, controls, and process teams to develop integrated systems.
• Suggest design improvements based on testing and user feedback.
