Job description

Title : Lead Engineer

Position Objective :

The Lead Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality technical solutions.

This role focuses on building detailed Low-Level Designs (LLD) for systems, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions across platforms and services.

The Lead Engineer also plays a key role in code development, debugging, solution analysis, and mentoring engineers, while ensuring compliance with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and coding standards.

Technical Skills : Proficient in :

  • C#
  • ASP.NET Core, Web Forms, Web APIs, ASP.NET MVC
  • Angular 2+
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
  • T-SQL
  • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts

Experience in :

  • JavaScript libraries (e.g., jQuery)
  • Responsive UI design
  • Web services, APIs, or WCF
  • Secure web application development
  • Application architecture & design patterns
  • MS SQL Server (Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions, Schema Design)
  • Entity Framework
  • Code versioning tools (TFS / Git)
  • Cross-application integration interfaces

    • Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Visual Studio 2019 / 2022
  • SQL Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022
  • Automated unit and integration testing
  • Graceful degradation & progressive enhancement
  • XML, JSON
  • Continuous Integration (CI)
  • AWS services (SQS, S3, SNS, ECS, etc.)

    • Core Competencies :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex systems.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration.
