Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dadar Mumbai for a Travel Coordinator.

B2B / B2C Travel - Experience

Language : Arabic Speaking Must

Experience : 3-4 Years or near by

Core knowledge : Ticketing / call handling / Knowledge of different market fares would be a added advantage / Call handling etc

Age : Is not a barrier

Qualifications

Proficiency in Travel Coordination and Travel Arrangements

Strong Customer Service skills and ability to handle client inquiries professionally

Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders

Knowledge of Travel Management systems and processes
