Job Description – Middleware Administrator (L2)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Middleware Administrator (L2) to join our team in Mumbai. Currently, our middleware operations are managed by a small team, and with one member serving notice, we urgently require an additional skilled resource to ensure 24x7 support and smooth operations for critical banking applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and administer JBoss EAP / WildFly middleware environments
- Deploy, manage, and monitor Java EE applications in clustered and high-availability setups
- Perform performance tuning, JVM tuning, and thread dump / heap dump analysis
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to support enterprise applications
- Ensure system reliability, performance, scalability, and security
- Provide incident resolution, root cause analysis, and production support in a 24x7 environment
- Support and optimize CI / CD pipelines and automation for middleware deployments
Required Skills & Experience
4–8 years of strong hands-on experience in JBoss EAP / WildFly administrationExpertise in installation, configuration, clustering, and performance tuningProficiency in Linux / Unix environments & shell scriptingKnowledge of JVM tuning, garbage collection, and performance monitoring toolsExposure to Apache, Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere (added advantage)Familiarity with CI / CD tools and DevOps practicesStrong troubleshooting skills in production environmentsWhy Join Us
