Job Title : AI / AM Software Developer

Abou the Role :

We are seeking a passionate AI / ML Software Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions and intelligent multi-agent systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning — building end-to-end AI applications from experimentation to production.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications.
• Build and deploy scalable AI workflows on cloud platforms such as AWS SageMaker and Google AI Platform .
• Architect and implement multi-agent systems leveraging reinforcement learning (RL) for automated decision-making.
• Develop computer vision pipelines using YOLO , OpenCV , Grounding DINO , and SAM for object detection and segmentation.
• Implement NLP solutions using transformer-based models (BERT, GPT, etc.) for chatbot and automation systems.
• Design and manage ETL pipelines and data preprocessing workflows using tools like Kafka and PySpark .
• Integrate AI components with web frameworks ( FastAPI , Next.js ) for real-time and interactive user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize models for performance and scalability using ONNX and TensorRT .
• Research and apply cutting-edge AI agentic workflows with tools like LangChain , LangGraph , and CrewAI .
