Role Overview
We are seeking an Analyst to join our MarTech and SalesTech practice. The analyst will research and evaluate technology vendors, trends, and best practices in areas such as MarTech, SalesTech, AdTech, customer experience, data-driven marketing, and other Customer Engagement Systems.
This role combines technology research, vendor evaluation, and thought leadership, providing a unique opportunity to influence buying decisions and technology directions in the global MarTech market.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed market and vendor research across the MarTech landscape, including Marketing Automation, CDP, DXP, CRM, Campaign Management, and AdTech platforms.
Evaluate platform capabilities, integrations, and ecosystem maturity through primary and secondary research.
Evaluate vendors through SPARK Matrix, SPARK Plus, and other QKS research methodologies.
Build deep understanding of marketing workflows and automation stacks, covering lead management, omnichannel engagement, analytics, and attribution.
Interact with product vendors, end users, and ecosystem partners for briefings, demos, and validation.
Collaborate with senior analysts to identify emerging trends and create thought leadership content.
Support client advisory sessions with insights on technology selection, architecture alignment, and market positioning.
Key Skills & Experience
10-15 years of core industry experience in the marketing technology consulting or martech product.
Strong understanding of marketing automation, CDP, DXP, CRM, personalization, and analytics ecosystems.
Exposure to leading platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, HubSpot, Oracle, SAP, Twilio, Braze, Insider, MoEngage, or similar.
Familiarity with marketing data architecture, integration frameworks (APIs), and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple research projects and meet deadlines.
Exposure to data-driven research, vendor comparison, or industry frameworks is a plus.
