Required Skills & Experience

• At least 4+ years of proven experience in ServiceNow implementation (beyond just maintenance / support)
• Strong JavaScript programming and debugging skills.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow portals and Agile practices
• Exp with one or more of the core ServiceNow modules : ITSM, CSM, ITOM / ITAM, FSM, or others.
• A passion for designing and delivering robust technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a flexible and collaborative mindset. Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow certifications : CSA, CAD, CIS, etc.
• Familiarity with SOAP / REST and HTML / CSS.
• Understanding of SDLC and ITIL best practices.
• Experience with AngularJS and Bootstrap in web portal development.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
