Muttha Towers II is the Group’s marquee Grade A+ commercial office development in Pune, designed to set new benchmarks in sustainability, technology, and user experience. With ~60,000 sqm of leasable area, multiple basements, a ground floor, and 15 floors above, the project integrates next-gen workplace design, green building certifications, and cutting-edge MEP systems.

Role Overview

The MEP Lead / Specialist will spearhead the planning, design management, execution, testing, and commissioning of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire & Life Safety, ELV, and Smart Building systems for Muttha Towers II. The role demands a strategic leader who can manage multiple stakeholders, drive sustainability goals, and deliver world-class building systems that exceed client and tenant expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Coordination

• Review and finalize MEP design drawings, shop drawings, and coordinated layouts with consultants.
• Ensure integration of green building (IGBC / LEED / WELL Platinum) and smart building features.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, façade consultants, and interiors teams to ensure seamless design.
• Implement value engineering and optimization strategies without compromising performance or sustainability.
