The Global L2 Dutch Language Expert will handle multilingual support delivering exceptional customer service and precise translation for Dutchspeaking users The role involves managing technical escalations maintaining communication clarity and ensuring issue resolution aligned with business SLAs
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2level troubleshooting and operational support for Dutchspeaking clients across global locations
Translate user tickets change requests and documentation from English to Dutch with high linguistic accuracy
Serve as a bridge between technical teams and Dutchspeaking business units
Manage escalations perform root cause analyses and support continuous service improvement
Maintain technical documentation FAQs and user guides in both Dutch and English
Facilitate incident communication and status updates in Dutch
Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction for Dutch regional accounts
Collaborate with other language experts for global alignment and consistency
Support process automation and knowledge base optimization
Ensure compliance with data protection and localization standards
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent in IT Computer Science or Linguistics
Fluent in Dutch C1C2 and English mandatory
Minimum 7 years in multilingual technical support or translation roles
Experience with ITSM tools and enterpriselevel operations
Excellent interpersonal and crosscultural communication skills
