About the Role :

We’re looking for sharp, analytical, and detail-oriented finance professionals to join our Planning & Business Finance team. As an FP&A Analyst, you’ll play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis — driving insights that support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cycles

Conduct variance analysis and identify key business drivers

Prepare and automate management reports and dashboards

Partner with business teams to provide data-driven financial insights

Work closely with cross-functional teams on financial planning initiatives

Develop and maintain models in Excel and Power BI for analysis and reporting

Required Skills & Attributes :

Strong understanding of FP&A processes — budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis

Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI preferred

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

CA / MBA (Finance) preferred

2–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, business finance, or strategic analysis
