We are looking for a driven Electrical BIM Modeler to join our team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in BIM Modeling, with a focus on electrical or similar facilities
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Advanced skills in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) is a must and knowledge of related tools and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, electrical requirements, and BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650)
  • Experience in Middle East projects will be highly preferred.

Project Role

  • Develop and maintain 3D electrical models using BIM software such as Revit or AutoCAD MEP.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure accurate and coordinated design integration with other disciplines (architectural, structural, etc.).
  • Create and manage detailed shop drawings, layouts, and as-built documentation.
  • Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using tools like Navisworks.
  • Update and modify electrical BIM models based on design changes, feedback, or field conditions.
  • Work with engineers to optimize system designs for energy efficiency and compliance with local standards and codes.
  • Assist in preparing schedules, material take-offs, and other documentation from BIM models.
  • Ensure all models and documentation adhere to company standards and BIM execution plans.
  • Participate in project coordination meetings and provide technical support to the project team.
