Job descriptionMinimum Education : HSC (12th pass) Preferred : Graduates from any stream (Freshers Welcome) Language : Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential Assessment : Must clear Versant Level 3 or 4 Basic Computer Knowledge : MS Office, CRM navigation, call logs Shift : Fixed Day Shift 9 : 30 AM to 6 : 30 PM Week Off : Sunday Fixed Off Working Days : 6 Days a Week
Job Responsibilities :
- Outbound voice-based calling to potential and existing customers.
- Present and promote banking products like Credit Cards
- Understand customer requirements, handle queries, and pitch the right product accordingly.
- Maintain productivity and sales conversion metrics as per targets.
