About the Job
This role leads client-facing digital solutioning across the Pre sales lifecycle, focusing on decoding RFPs and crafting transformative responses that align with business needs. It involves driving discovery sessions, responding to RFPs, guiding clients through workshops, and presenting tailored digital strategies—spanning analytics, automation, and platform capabilities. Acting as the technical liaison between clients, sales, and delivery teams, the role ensures every solution is both relevant and future-ready.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Solutioning & Collaboration
- Act as a key member of the solution team, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships for cohesive, cross-functional collaboration
- Synchronize Sutherland solutions with client needs and infrastructure
- Liaise across the Solutioning Team to ensure seamless execution
Client-Facing Engagements
Lead digital transformation initiatives for RFPs and client interactionsDevelop and deliver client presentations and solution overviewsServe as external technical spokesperson and build decision-maker relationshipsEducate prospects on product usage, implementation, and securityParticipate in consultations and product capability assessmentsResolve client technical difficulties through direct engagement with SPOCsSolution Design & Innovation
Provide subject matter expertise for new sales in O2C, R2R, HCM, or P2P domainsDesign compelling and transformational solutions with digital technologies (analytics, robotics, workflows, platforms)Orchestrate proof-of-concept (PoC) work for solution validationIdentify client challenges and propose implementation optionsStay current with industry trends, competitive insights, and technology advancementsDiscovery & Customization
Conduct comprehensive process, functional, and technical discoveryCapture pain points and map “As-Is” vs. “To-Be” scenariosAssess regulatory risks and implicationsAlign technical and functional objections into solution pathsSales & Technical Enablement

Technical & Solution Architecture Expertise
