Role Description

We are seeking a Commercial Sales Leasing professional for a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing new leases, developing new business opportunities, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring effective communication with clients. Other day-to-day tasks include maintaining and expanding client relationships, negotiating, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Presentations and Sales
• Experience in New Business Development and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills
• Knowledge of the real estate market in Gurgaon.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
