Responsibilities :
o Business Requirement Documentation Liaison with Other teams o Coordination with Offshore Teams o Client facing o Fit Gap, Solutioning, Design o Knowledge on Costing Process o Take the lead on the Business / solution discussions o Milestone Testing o Knowledgeable enough to manage Client / Business discussion, Testing alone on need basis o Cutover, Conversions, Go Live and Production Support o Able to visualize the dependencies and identify risk and be able to identify the mitigation actions. o Should have excellent understanding on SDLC process o Good understanding on overall Finance functional areas to provide support with Business & Client requirements understanding, recommendation for Solution approach & Documentation of Detail Design framework o Conduct SIT / UAT Testing, Business Training & Testing support
Additional Responsibilities :
o Exposure to Oracle Finance implementation and rollout o Effective Communication and Stakeholder Management o Strong Consultation skills o Experience in Implementing Big Transformation Projects o Working knowledge on E2E Financial processes o Exposure to SCM, EPM modules
