About the Role :
We are looking for a passionate and driven Design Team Lead with a strong focus on UI / UX to head our design function. You will lead a small but growing team of designers, ensuring that our products and brand deliver world-class user experiences. This role requires a mix of leadership, creativity, and hands-on design skills, along with the ability to mentor and grow design talent.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI / UX and graphic designers.
- Define and own the design vision, ensuring consistency across digital products and brand touchpoints.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with the product, development, and SEO team members to translate business goals into user-friendly designs.
- Establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices.
- Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements :
Education : Degree / Diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or related field from a reputed design school.Experience : 2–5 years of professional design experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI / UX design across web and mobile platforms.Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design decisions effectively.Good to have :
Motion design or micro-interactions expertise.Experience building or managing a design system.Exposure to HTML / CSS or front-end basics.Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.You will love being a MoreTasker! Why Well, here's why :
