Job Title : Human Resources GeneralistLocation : Jogeshwari (East), MumbaiCompensation : ₹45,000 – 50,000 / month (Fixed) + Performance-Based IncentivesAbout The Company : We’re an independent, integrated marketing agency delivering specialized solutions for global brands. Some of our service offerings include : - Digital Marketing- Branding- Design- ProductionRole Overview : We’re looking for a HR Generalist to work directly with the founder. You’ll be responsible for hiring, employee engagement & retention, formulating policies & periodic performance reviews. As the company grows, you’ll also have the opportunity to scale the HR team and shape the playbook. This is an on-site role based in Jogeshwari (East), Mumbai, with an expectation of working from the office 5 days a week.Key Responsibilities : - End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment process for all roles within the agency. This includes sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and extending offers- Onboarding : Design and execute a structured, engaging onboarding program for new hires- Cultural Stewardship : Act as a custodian of the Skadoosh culture, implementing initiatives that promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment- Conflict Resolution : Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, providing impartial advice and resolution- Performance Review Cycle : Design and administer a robust, periodic performance review system- HR Documentation : Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR databases & processes, and ensure all compensation and benefits related to payroll, attendance are documentedWhat We're Looking For : - 3–4 years of experience in Human Resources Management- Prior experience in Agencies is highly preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Someone who is proactive, organised, patient and positive- Comfortable working on-site in Mumbai for most of the weekWhat You Get : - Fixed monthly salary : ₹45,000 – 50,000 based on experience- Incentives based on performance (positions closed)- Chance to work directly with the founding team and lead the HR function as we scale- Exposure to a creative, high-impact marketing team- Represent a team that works with industry leaders across Hospitality, Alcobev, Real Estate & FMCG clients.
