About the job :

As a Sr. Net Backend Developer on the Fintech team, you will be responsible to participate in in analysis, design and architecture sessions. You will develop .NET code to implement designs, adhere to the team's architectural and design standards, and commit to solid levels of unit and integration testing.

Fintech team is dedicated to building a better end to end payments capability that will support the current flex card program, filter spend, simplify merchant integrations as the point of sale but also for web and mobile marketplaces. The capabilities of the payment capabilities should then be able to extend various other medical claims processes now and in the future. You will work with developers on open source project and technologies that will allow us to be build platforms at scale as well as benefit from the latest innovations in speed, simplicity and security.

Qualifications :

6-10 years of hands-on experience developing .NET-based application in C#
Experience in AWS and Azure clouds apps development
Experience developing distributed applications using messaging patterns and queuing technologies line NServicesBus, Mass Transit, AWS MQ or Azure Service Bus.
Strong understanding of .NET Frameworks and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
Experience with iterative development methodologies
Relational database experience (Oracle, SQL Server, MYSQL, etc.)
Experience with database optimization, indexing, and query performance tuning.
Experience with unit testing and integration testing.
IT Infrastructure knowledge.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools.
Deep understanding of Microservices architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and integration patterns.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
Must be proficient in English.

Responsibilities :

Actively participate in the coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions.

Develop high-quality code that meets the acceptance criteria defined by stakeholders or customers.

Ensure all development activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and best practices.

Contribute to project planning, effort estimation, and task tracking to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Deliver code within the agreed timelines, following Agile methodologies and sprint cycles.

Take full responsibility for developing and completing assigned tasks within the project scope.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Develop code that adheres to defined acceptance criteria and functional requirements.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure robust and reliable solutions.
