▷ Immediate Start! Project Manager

Function as a part of the International Business Division Team. The primary responsibility is to work with Senior Account Director to serve as a liaison between Hansa and its clients, with responsibility for team revenue, along with appropriate high levels of service to Clients.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES :

Project Management :

• Leading all responsibilities on project execution.
• Forming complete understanding of client’s research problem.
• Developing / localizing research instruments like screener, discussion guide, research stimulus materials, secondary market information to support project objective.
• Leading briefing and training of data collection teams
• Conducting In-depth Interviews, Focus Group Discussions, Ethnographies etc.
• Micro-level monitoring project of data collection and ensuing quality controls on the project.
• Identify issues and provide timely actionable solution to data collection team.
• Qualitative Data Analysis and Reporting insights to client.
