Role Responsibilities

  • Execute high-quality preparation and cooking across assigned sections.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times.
  • Assist senior chefs in day-to-day operations and menu preparation.
  • Monitor ingredients and support inventory management.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a café or restaurant setup.
  • Strong fundamentals in cutting, prep work, and station management.
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
  • Continental background preferred.
