We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Manager - Talent Acquisition and Management to join our team in Okhla, New Delhi. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with strong experience in recruitment, especially in building B2B / Corporate Sales teams. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for B2B / Corporate Sales roles and other critical positions
- Conduct high-volume telephonic screening (50-100 calls / day) to identify the right talent
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Participate in onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires
- Take ownership of select HRBP functions and gradually transition into a broader HR Business Partner role
- Contribute to HR initiatives including performance management, employee engagement, and retention Minimum of 4 years of stable experience in one or more previous roles
- Proven experience in hiring for B2B / Corporate Sales positions or experience building a sales team
- Comfortable working in a high-paced recruitment environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Agency recruitment background is welcome
- Resilient, self-driven, and possesses a "never give up" attitude
- Willingness to work from the office in Okhla (with flexibility for 2 WFH days per month)
