Job descriptionTranslate complex business and design requirements into scalable front-end architecture Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to deliver seamless Write and maintain unit, integration, and UI tests using tools such as Jest and React Testing Library. Monitor performance and implement analytics / telemetry for real-time systems Contribute to design systems and modular, reusable component Skills : 6 - 8 years of front-end development experience with strong hands-on experience in React Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Experience building real-time systems using WebSockets, WebRTC, or similar protocols Proficient in UI performance tuning (minimising reflows, thread optimization, profiling) Experience with Canvas API, custom drawing, or game-like UIs Strong testing culture with experience in unit, integration, and e2e testing Deep understanding of browser internals, rendering pipelines, and concurrency Familiarity with CI / CD workflows, Git, and performance monitoring tools Demonstrated ability to write clean, modular, production-grade code without relying on AI to Have : Experience in video / audio streaming via MediaStream API, AudioContext, or WebRTC Familiarity with actor-based design patterns or event-driven UI architectures Contributions to open-source or portfolio projects showcasing real-time / collab work Work on cutting-edge, real-time platforms that impact thousands of users Flat structure, strong engineering culture, and high autonomy Flexible work environment remote-friendly Competitive compensation and growth opportunities
About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer with in-depth expertise in React and a strong foundation in building real-time, performance-sensitive applications. The ideal candidate has experience architecting interactive UIs, collaborating across teams, and delivering pixel-perfect, high-performance web experiences.
Youll work on systems that require low-latency updates, real-time collaboration using WebSockets, and advanced rendering techniques (e.g., Canvas, off-thread rendering). If you thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and love solving performance or system design challenges on the front-end, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, optimise, and maintain complex web applications using React (and related libraries)
- Build real-time, collaborative front-end features using WebSockets, Socket.IO, or WebRTC
- Implement canvas-based rendering for multiplayer and interactive components
- Drive UI performance optimisations : lazy loading, code splitting, caching, and threading
