Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Teacher located in Patna. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating lesson plans, implementing curriculum development, and supporting early childhood education. They will oversee a nurturing and engaging environment for young learners, fostering their overall growth and development. The role also includes maintaining active communication with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and effective learning experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
• Knowledge of Early Childhood Education best practices and strategies
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage with children and parents
• Proficiency in Kindergarten teaching methodologies and approaches
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for early education
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Education or Early Childhood Education is preferred
