In this position you will be responsible for below activities.
Responsibilities
The consultant shall be responsible to design, develop and deliver “Safety Management and Culture Improvement” projects as per the clients' expectations and needs.
Skills & Competence requirements
The consultant should have experience of developing and implementing at least 2 such projects (of minimum 24 months duration) involving Safety Management and Culture Improvement.
The consultant should have the highest level of competency to develop the standards, competency building programs and providing handholding to the client organizations in the following areas.
Risk assessment and containment of high-risk activities / processes
Development of standards on high-risk activities / processes
Competency building across the client organisation
Leadership coaching
Incident investigation
Contractor safety management
Behavioral safety program
Performance monitoring including audits and assessments
