Head of Quality Control / Assurance

Location : Baroda (Vadodara)

The Role : Head – Quality Control / Assurance

We are looking for a seasoned and detail-oriented professional to lead the Quality function at GB Solar. This role will be central to ensuring product reliability, strengthening process control, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across our solar manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, implement, and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) across all units.
• Oversee ISO and internal audits, ensuring full compliance with standards and regulations.
• Define and monitor key quality metrics, driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to maintain consistent product quality.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence.
