About the job Position overview : As a Strategic Initiatives & Integrations Senior Manager you lead C-level transformational initiatives, including the definition of the integration approach of newly acquired companies to drive the value of the acquisition. You partner with C-level and their leaders to drive business outcomes in support of TELUS Digital's strategy, providing your advisory expertise and driving alignment. Key responsibilities : Translate stakeholder needs to concrete proposal and action plan Support the management of closing activities and integration of newly acquired companies to drive the value of the acquisition (discovery, integration planning, integration oversight) Works with cross- functional leaders to drive the expected outcomes in initiatives that support the company’ strategy considering change management elements (stakeholder management, communications and training) Identify risks or barriers and facilitate their management Provides updates to the ELT and facilitates key decision making when required.
