Must have at least 3-5 Years experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.

Experience working on Contract, Contract-to-hire, and Full-Time Positions in India.

Experience working with Job Portals and social networking sites like LinkedIn.

Scheduling interviews and salary negotiations.

Should have experience in working with clients.

Responsibilities :

Need strong experience in IT Recruitment working on Niche Talent Acquisition and End to End Recruiting.

Creating pipelines for the requirements, maintain good relations with candidates.

Must have experience in Applicant Tracking Systems.

Effective communication abilities.

Qualifications :

Must have Bachelors degree.

Required Skills :

3-5 Years experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.

Experience with Job Portals and social networking sites.

Experience in scheduling interviews and salary negotiations.

Experience working with clients.

Strong experience in Niche Talent Acquisition and End to End Recruiting.
