Job Overview

We're seeking a Principal Quality Assurance Expert to drive testing strategy, automation, and quality initiatives across agile development teams.

This role ensures products are reliable, scalable, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

You'll take ownership of both hands-on execution and strategic direction of quality engineering, shaping how we test, what we automate, and how we continuously improve.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end test strategies for web-based applications
• Define and drive adoption of scalable test automation frameworks using Cypress
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical goals
• Mentor and support QA and software engineers in improving test coverage, automation, and quality ownership
• Author and maintain functional and regression test cases and plans for complex user stories
