Job descriptionFollow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, real estate brokers, and references. Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Maintain and update the CRM system with lead details and progress. Explain the design process, pricing, and customization options to customers. Share tentative BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and manage customer expectations. Collect rendering charges and facilitate customer site visits with the design team. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Drive footfall to the store through proactive outreach and follow-ups. Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure seamless customer service. Assist with order processing, approvals, and follow-ups during the production phase. Distribute marketing materials and interact with potential customers in high-rise societies. Assist in organizing canopy setups, pamphlet distribution, and meetings with society management for branding opportunities.
