About the Role : We’re looking for a

Production Supervisor

to manage daily production operations, ensure product quality, and lead the shop floor team efficiently. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in production, people management, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure targets are met.

Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to company standards.

Manage and guide production staff on shift operations, work allocation, and discipline.

Coordinate with the quality, procurement, and maintenance teams for smooth production flow.

Maintain accurate production records and daily reports.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity.

Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with company policies on the shop floor.

Qualifications

Diploma or B.Tech, Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, or Production Engineering (or related field).

2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly setup.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Basic knowledge of production planning, quality checks, and machinery handling.

Fluent in

Kannada

(mandatory) and proficient in

English.

Good communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
