Servicenow Developer

Job Title : ServiceNow CMDB Developer (Contract – Remote, U.S. Hours)

Contract Duration : 6 Months

Location : Remote (Must be available during U.S. business hours)

Overview :

We are seeking two experienced ServiceNow Developers to support a major CMDB development and refresh initiative. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development along with a solid background in Asset Management and CMDB best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, enhance, and maintain CMDB components within the ServiceNow platform
• Support data modeling, CI class creation, and CMDB structure improvements
• Integrate asset and configuration data from various sources
• Assist with CMDB cleanup, normalization, reconciliation, and data quality initiatives
• Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow CMDB issues and support ongoing maintenance
• Ensure alignment with ITIL and configuration management best practices
