Focaccia Digital is a 2-year-old, next-gen ad-tech company enabling brands to unlock full-funnel advertising in a ROAS-focused manner.

Our solutions currently span Connected TV (CTV) advertising, Apple advertising, and social media & commerce ads , helping brands maximize performance across digital touchpoints.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Human Resource Executive to join our growing team. The role will initially focus on Talent Acquisition , with opportunities to expand into broader HR and administrative functions as the company scales.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon .

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Understand business and team requirements for various roles
  • Draft clear and effective job descriptions
  • Source, evaluate, and engage with candidates through portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, manage communication, and ensure smooth onboarding

HR & Administrative Support

  • Support management in tracking and monitoring team performance KPIs
  • Oversee employee benefits including PF, insurance, and gratuity
  • Maintain employee records and assist with compliance and documentation

    • Culture & Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives , team bonding sessions, and offsites
  • Help foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture across teams

    • Requirements

  • Professional qualification in Human Resources (MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent)
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment and onboarding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, proactive , and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Prior experience in a digital, media, or technology company is a plus
