This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal at one of the leading Allied Health Science Colleges in South India, located in Coimbatore. The Principal will be responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative functions of the institution. They will provide leadership and direction to faculty, staff, and students. The Principal will ensure that the college operates in compliance with educational regulations and standards and will develop and implement policies and procedures for effective management. Additionally, they will promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the college.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and administrative skills
• Experience in academic management and curriculum development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with faculty, students, and stakeholders
• Understanding of educational regulations and standards
• Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in higher education, including significant experience in a leadership role
