- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and growing accounts within your designated territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic account targeting and proactive outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers including C-suite executives, IT leaders, and operations teams
- Manage a team of AEs to drive revenue in their designated territory
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and solution architects to create tailored demonstrations and value propositions
- Leverage our partner ecosystem to expand market reach and execute joint go-to-market strategies
- Track, forecast, and report on pipeline metrics using CRM tools with precision and reliability
- Maintain deep product knowledge of the offerings, roadmap, and competitive advantages
The Successful Applicant
- 10-15 years' of total experience, last 3-5 years managing a team of 7-10 AEs for SaaS companies
- Ability to manage inbound, outbound, and partner-led sale
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in fast-paced environments
- Understanding of RPA, AI / ML, and digital transformation concepts ( good to have)
- Consultative selling skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Experience with Salesforce or other leading CRM platforms
- This is a 2 day WFO role based out of Mumbai
