Job descriptionExcellent analytical and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills Experience interacting with clients via meetings, calls, and emails Sound understanding of deployment / configuration baselines and secure environments Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical designs Experience creating epics, user stories, UI mock-ups, and documentation Adherence to ServiceNow standard practices in configuration and customization Proactive team collaboration and ownership mindset Strong hands-on experience in : ServiceNow Administration & Development (modules, workflows, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, App Engine Studio, UI Builder, catalog requests) Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Pages, Scheduled Jobs AngularJS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML5 Implementation of CPG module (Cloud Provisioning & Governance) Integration with AWS / Azure and other external systems (SOAP, REST APIs) Automation of CMDB / Discovery tasks, MID Server administration Proven delivery of 4–6 end-to-end ServiceNow projects (requirement to go-live) Strong knowledge of update sets, code migration (Dev → UAT → PROD) Experience in UI / UX design, wireframes, and full user journey documentation Ability to create detailed technical design documents, configuration guides, and release notes ServiceNow Certified Administrator (Mandatory) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (any module – ITSM, ITOM, etc.)
