We assist clients with legal advice on loan resolution and settlement while protecting the rights of genuine borrowers. Our expert team of legal consultants help our customers gain financial freedom from debt.

We are expanding our legal advisory team and looking for passionate legal professionals from Dehradun who can communicate effectively in Hindi and English to support our pan-India client base.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft legal notices, settlement letters, and documentation for clients
• Offer simple, clear legal advice related to debt, loans, and settlements
• Help resolve customer financial disputes and explain legal procedures
• Conduct basic legal research and coordinate with internal legal team
• Help with client acquisition and retention

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB / BCom LLB / CS etc.)

Freshers or 1+ years of experience in legal or client servicing roles

Must be fluent in Hindi and English

Strong verbal communication and empathy in client interactions

Basic legal knowledge and clear understanding of loan-related matters

Comfortable with MS Word / Excel / WhatsApp for client communication

Employment Type :

Full-time

Remote (Work from Home)

Optional : Work From Office available in Delhi NCR (for interested candidates)

Salary : ₹10,000 per month (CTC) + performance-based incentives

Working Hours : Monday to Saturday (9 : 30 AM to 6 : 30 PM)
