Global Consulting Communications and Engagement Supervising Associate

The Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) function has an important role to play in helping to achieve EY's ambition to create long-term value as the world's most trusted and distinctive global professional services organization. We work hand in hand with the business to take services and solutions to market; bring our purpose – building a better working world – to life for our people, clients and communities; engage our people and build a high performing culture; and to build the commercial value and emotional resonance of the EY brand.

The function is made up of around 2,000 professionals, working across the Executive and Regions in the following areas of specialism : Brand; Marketing; PR / Media Relations & External Communications; Internal Communications & Employee Engagement; and Corporate Communications.

BMC also includes a number of teams who are responsible for content development, editorial, webcasts, events-staging, strategy, planning and operations. Through the collective power of BMC, and the other teams and specialists we work with, we aim to build a better working world by driving commercial value through distinctive marketing and communications that deliver measurable market impact.

The opportunity

We're looking for a driven, creative self-starter to join our Communications and Engagement team and help us bring our people along as we achieve this ambition.

Reporting to our Global Consulting Communications and Engagement Lead, you will support our internal communications and employee engagement strategy to engage, inspire and connect our 100,000+ EY practitioners in Consulting across more than 150 countries.

Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely on the day-to-day delivery of a range of communication plans that support our business priorities. You'll use a mix of channels (including the intranet, Viva Engage, webcasts and video platforms), create materials and work on events to help inform and engage our people across the world. You will also support leadership communications, and collaborate with colleagues across Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) to help ensure integrated activities and consistent messaging across the business and EY. You will also be passionate about delivering with impact, meeting timelines, and proving value through measurement.
