Role Description
As a
Business Development Executive
at
iOTA , you will be at the forefront of
client acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth . Your role involves
identifying potential clients, pitching digital marketing and branding solutions, and closing deals
to contribute to the agency’s growth.
Responsibilities :
Generate and qualify leads
through various channels, including networking, inbound inquiries, and outreach.
Pitch
iOTA’s digital marketing, branding, and content solutions
to potential clients.
Develop
sales strategies
to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Conduct
cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
to prospective clients.
Maintain strong
relationships with new and existing clients
to drive repeat business.
Work closely with the
marketing and creative teams
to customize proposals.
Conduct
market research
to identify new trends and opportunities.
Use
CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and optimize conversion rates .
Represent
iOTA at industry events, networking meets, and conferences .
Requirements : Atleast 6 months
of experience in
business development, sales, or client acquisition .
Basic understanding of
digital marketing, branding, and social media marketing .
Strong
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills .
Ability to
identify client pain points and offer customized solutions .
Proficiency in
lead generation and sales outreach (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn prospecting, etc.) .
Target-driven mindset with
a passion for sales and closing deals .
Experience with
CRM tools and sales analytics
is a plus.
Qualifications - Graduation
