Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Indore. The Sous Chef will be responsible for supporting the head chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, including preparing and cooking food, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, and assisting in menu planning and inventory management. The Sous Chef will also be responsible for training new kitchen staff and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
