Job Title : Talent Development Associate
- Support the delivery of HR projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain accurate employee records, update databases, and manage HR documentation to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of employment contracts, letters, reports, and reference requests to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with teams to coordinate pre-employment checks, including references and right-to-work documentation, to guarantee a smooth onboarding process.
- Prepare welcome packs and ensure new team members have a positive start by providing essential information and resources.
- Act as a first point of contact for staff queries, offering guidance on HR policies and procedures to promote employee empowerment.
- Support audits and inspections by maintaining complete and readily available HR documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Maintain training records and assist in monitoring compliance with mandatory training requirements to safeguard employee development.
- Compile HR data and reports, such as staff turnover, absence, and training compliance metrics, to inform strategic decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role (experience in healthcare or social care is advantageous).Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and good working knowledge of HR processes and best practice.Competent in using Microsoft Office and HR information systems, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.CIPD Level 3 qualification or higher is required.
