Our Product Management and Technology Teams are at the leading edge of championing those products that will best align with driving our customers' business outcomes on the Open Finance Platform (OFP). We are transforming technology for the secured finance space through our approach to providing evergreen IT, an open ecosystem and modern technology. We are reshaping the way that our customers consume and use technology through SaaS, world class software quality and ever-increasing agility. We work in close collaboration with all groups across Solifi, regularly partnering with Product, Marketing, Services, Support and Sales to enable the delivery of new solutions that enable key business goals for our customers. We champion, grow, manage, and drive outcomes for solutions that contribute directly to the bottom line.

About the Position We are looking for a results-driven and hands-on Senior Manager – Software Development to lead our development team. This role involves managing end-to-end software development across our product suite, ensuring high-quality delivery, innovation, and operational excellence. You will oversee technical design, people management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful software solutions on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

Role and Responsibilities Proven experience leading teams and implementing the structures, tools and disciplines to enable high-performing software development.

Expert on model-driven Power Platform / Microsoft Dynamics Solutions for deployment into internal and external (customer) tenants.

Skilled with using Azure resources as needed to augment the Power Platform capabilities.

Implement and stay abreast of Power Platform, Cloud and DevOps industry best practices and tooling.

An architect at heart, capable of designing solutions that fit the future direction of the industry, customers and our product vision.

Understands the SysAdmin skills needed to ensure success of the teams, security of the product, and support of the customers.

Able to guide DevOps engineering so we achieve smooth CI / CD

Has experience in a software products company (not just internal corporate IT departments)

Brings energy and curiosity to help the entire team solve complex problems

Build talent and ensure the overall health of the team by developing and mentoring team members while helping them grow both technically and professionally

Additional responsibilities envisioned are :

Work with customers to envision and deliver new solutions

Work with partners to collaborate on new and innovative solutions integrations that bring new benefits to the industry

Work with Microsoft to stay involved in the latest technology updates

Work with Microsoft to ensure we get access to the best knowledge, insights, architecture and other expertise consistently

Ensure security policies and processes are adhered to

About You

Required Skills & Experience

• Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 (Sales) development experience
• Experience with Azure, Power Automate PowerBI, PowerApps Portals, etc
• Full understanding of cloud computing fundamentals
• SysAdmin experience and leadership skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical mind with an ability to quickly dissect information
• Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to quickly investigate and learn new technologies and third-party products
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
