About the Role :

As the Community & Content Manager , you will :

• Be the face of our paid and free communities , ensuring members feel connected and inspired.
• Manage Lakshit Bhayana’s LinkedIn presence , podcast outreach, and communication channels.
• Drive initiatives that grow our brand, deepen relationships, and scale the impact of IRMC’s 100-Cr mission.

This is a creator-builder role for someone who thrives on storytelling, relationship-building, and taking ownership.
