Global AI Operations Manager

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to drive the growth and operations of our global AI Speakers Bureau. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, partnerships, marketing, or events.

• Manage end-to-end operations of the AI Speakers Bureau, including expert outreach and event coordination.
• Develop partnerships with conferences, corporations, and institutions to identify speaking opportunities.
• Coordinate and onboard AI experts, ensuring smooth communication and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and podcast teams to design promotional campaigns and branded content.
• Support creation of proposals, partnership decks, and communication materials.
• Assist in developing CRM systems, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for tracking experts and events.
• Prepare regular performance reports and updates for leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration across initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include :

Ideal candidate has 3-8 years of experience in project coordination, partnerships, marketing, events, or business operations. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail are required. Self-starter with a growth mindset is preferred.

Performance indicators include number of experts onboarded, speaking engagements facilitated, and quality of expert and partner communication.

This role reports directly to the President and offers competitive compensation with performance-based incentives.
