Founded in 2016, Coding Ninjas is one of the largest online coding EdTech companies in India. Imparting knowledge is of utmost importance to us and it is our mission to bridge the skill gap between colleges and industry. We teach 50,000+ students annually through our online platform with an aim to help college students and working professionals upskill themselves for rewarding employment prospects.

Coding Ninjas was founded by Ankush Singla, Kannu Mittal and Dhawal Parate, dawning from an educational background of IITs and Stanford who bring onboard their rich working experience in companies like Amazon, Facebook, Cars24, and other top startups in India. As pioneers in EdTech, we are continuously working on curating student-centric learning programs and are progressing towards becoming the de facto coding education company in India.

The company has raised more than 22 Million USD till date and is a subsidiary of InfoEdge (Naukri.com, IIMJobs, Jeevansathi,etc.) with the latter, acquiring a majority stake in Coding Ninjas.

With our exhaustive learning programs, 1 : 1 mentor support for effective doubt resolution and over 400+ doubts being resolved per hour, our focus lies on crafting learning experiences that equip candidates with learning, application and demonstration of capabilities in the software development domain.

We are looking for a Social Media Executive for YouTube who can take full ownership of content creation, audience growth, and engagement. You’ll be the face, the voice, and the brain behind our long-form video content — driving Coding Ninjas’ YouTube presence to the next level

Responsibilities :

Conceptualize, script, and deliver

high-energy long-form YouTube videos

aligned with Coding Ninjas’ brand voice.

Take charge of

end-to-end content creation : from ideation to shooting, editing coordination, and publishing.

Be the

on-camera face

— relatable, confident, and engaging.

Optimize videos for

YouTube SEO : titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and playlists.

Analyze analytics to track

channel growth, audience retention, and engagement , and refine strategies based on insights.

Collaborate with the marketing team to

align YouTube content with campaigns and brand goals .

Keep your finger on the pulse of the

latest YouTube trends, algorithm updates, and content best practices .

Requirements : Proven experience in

YouTube content creation .

Strong

camera presence

— comfortable hosting and engaging an audience.

Expertise in

long-form script writing

(educational, explainer, or storytelling formats).

Hands-on experience with

YouTube growth strategies and SEO .

An analytical mindset to

translate performance data into actionable strategies .

Experience with

educational or tech-related content .

Basic

video editing and thumbnail design skills .

Track record of

scaling a YouTube channel

successfully.
