Company : Freight Forwarding, CHA & Logistics Post : Accounts Executive Education : Min Commerce Graduate Salary Range : 25k to 30K Min Experience : 3 years without any gap Job Type : Full Time ( 10 to 6.30 pm) Job Location : Andheri East Western Express Metro Key Responsibilities : Daily Making of Receipt & Payments Entries with Adjusted as per Advice Daily Min 10 Calls to Customers for Overdue Payments Follow-ups Prepared and Shared Receivable outstanding reports from Tally Software Every Tuesday Con-call with Salesman for Weekly Collections Every Saturday Prepared Salesman wise Collection Reports Follow-up should be via Calls & Mails Sending Outstanding Reports via Mails Sending Daily Sales Bills through Software by Automated Option Vendors Bills Checking & Booking in Tally (Checking process will be teach) Raised the Query if Any Discrepancy in the Purchase Bills Vendors & Customer Ledger Reconciliation. Every Month Sales Data Reconciliation with Software Data Every Month
