Job descriptionStrong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript / TypeScript, Redux (or other state management tools) . Solid experience in frontend configuration setup, build tools, and CI / CD pipelines . Ability to review, refactor, and optimize code for scalability and performance. Strong understanding of web security, responsive design, and performance optimization . Working knowledge of at least one backend technology (Node.js, Java, .NET, or similar). Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. Willingness to cross-skill and adapt to evolving technologies.

Overview
We are seeking a Senior Lead React Developer. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in development, capable of setting up configurations, mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and collaborating across teams. Exposure to backend technologies and willingness to cross-skill is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable front-end applications using React.js .
- Set up and configure build systems, environments, and project structures.
- Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor developers within the team.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers, ensuring smooth integration of front-end and backend services.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performant, and maintainable applications.
- Demonstrate flexibility to learn and work on backend technologies as needed.
