We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.

The role involves analyzing business needs, designing IT-enabled solutions, and ensuring smooth implementation of systems that enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with proven experience in project management and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Develop and analyze functional specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Design efficient IT systems and solutions to meet both business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers to implement solutions effectively.
• Coordinate integration of multiple systems and reconcile the needs of different teams.
• Monitor system performance and gather feedback from end-users for continuous improvement.
• Support project planning and execution, including upgrades, software / hardware installations, and process improvements.
• Provide advice, documentation, and technical training to end-users and teams.
• Stay up to date with emerging technology trends, tools, and best practices in business analysis.
