Description : About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.

The role involves analyzing business needs, designing IT-enabled solutions, and ensuring smooth implementation of systems that enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with proven experience in project management and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Develop and analyze functional specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Design efficient IT systems and solutions to meet both business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers to implement solutions effectively.
Coordinate integration of multiple systems and reconcile the needs of different teams.
Monitor system performance and gather feedback from end-users for continuous improvement.
Support project planning and execution, including upgrades, software / hardware installations, and process improvements.
Provide advice, documentation, and technical training to end-users and teams.
Stay up to date with emerging technology trends, tools, and best practices in business analysis.

Leadership qualities with the ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Sound understanding of project management methodologies and IT Proven experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, or IT Consultant.

Hands-on experience in project management and business process mapping.

Good understanding of databases, system security, and troubleshooting practices.

Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and requirements management tools.

Strong knowledge of business practices, workflows, and systems integration.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Masters degree preferred.

Relevant certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile / Scrum certifications) are an added advantage
