Account Management - Executive
An Account Management Executive is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and drive business results. Here are the key responsibilities of an Account Manager (ACM) focusing on B2B renewals, upsells, and new sales :
1. Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely solutions.
2. Renewals Management
Monitor and track Valid contract renewal timelines to ensure timely renewals.Proactively engage with customers to address their needs and secure renewals.Analyze account performance and usage to recommend suitable renewal terms.3. Upselling and Cross-Selling
Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services that align with customer needs.Propose customized solutions to enhance customer value and satisfaction.Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and pricing strategies.4. Sales and Revenue Managemnent
Drive new sales by identifying and pursuing opportunities within existing accounts.Leverage relationships to secure referrals and introductions to new business prospects.Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop account-specific growth plans.5. Strategic Account Planning
Develop and implement account strategies to achieve revenue targets.Maintain detailed account plans and provide regular updates to leadership on progress.Analyze customer data and trends to inform future engagement strategies.6. Reporting and Analysis
Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance, renewal status, and sales pipeline.Track key metrics and KPIs related to renewals, upsells, and new business development.Utilize CRM tools to manage account activities and maintain accurate records.7. Collaboration and Coordination
Work closely with product, customer success, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.Attend industry events and meetings to stay informed about trends and competitor activities.Desired Skill Set :

Experience & Education :
3-5 years of Account management experience specifically.
Prior Exp in - Account Management / Direct / Remote Sales / B2B.
Industry - Healthcare (Direct Sales / B2B) / ERP
Educational Qualification : Btech, BBM, BCom, BA, and MBA
Compensation :
Salary (7 - 10 L) + Conveyance + inclusive Incentives(20%)
