    • Position Overview

    We are seeking a Backend Developer (Python Django) to join our startup’s tech team and play a key role in designing and scaling backend services. The ideal candidate will bring strong skills in Python Django for backend development and PostgreSQL for database management, along with a problem-solving mindset and startup agility.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python Django.
  • Work closely with front-end developers and product teams to build scalable, reliable applications.
  • Optimize database design and queries for PostgreSQL to ensure high performance.
  • Collaborate on architecture decisions and participate in code reviews.
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues and bugs.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and team knowledge sharing.

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in backend development.
