We’re looking for an experienced

ServiceNow CMDB Developer / Lead

with deep expertise in

CMDB design, discovery, integrations, and governance . The ideal candidate will ensure CMDB data integrity and support core ITSM / ITOM processes across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and manage

ServiceNow CMDB

with Discovery & Service Mapping

Maintain data accuracy, class design, and CI relationships

Integrate CMDB with monitoring, asset, and external systems via APIs / MID Server

Perform data audits, health checks, and reconciliation

Define and enforce

CMDB governance & data quality standards

Collaborate with ITSM, ITOM, and Asset teams for process alignment

Skills & Experience

6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow CMDB experience

Strong knowledge of

Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM, and ITIL processes

Scripting expertise in

JavaScript & Glide API

Experience integrating CMDB with external systems (REST / SOAP / IntegrationHub)

ServiceNow CSA certification

CSDM or CMDB specialist
